The Hartley’s Hawgs qualified three teams to compete in the 2025 Bassmaster Junior National Championship held on Clarks Hill Lake on the Georgia/SC border. All three teams did a great job fishing hard through some very hot and humid conditions throughout the week. Congrats to the squad of Andrew and Henry for their 8th place finish. The field included kids that qualified for the event from all around the country with a field of well over 100 boats. The field also included Bassmaster Elite Mike Iakonelli and Stetson Blaylock’s kids.
Huge thanks to the three volunteer boat captains. Without their dedication and support these kids don’t get to compete in this event. Thanks to all the parents and other family that travelled down to Georgia to support these kids. Also, huge thank you to our club sponsors for their ongoing support of youth fishing!
