We have had additional submittals come in over the last several days and we even had an Eclipse day fish submitted. The Big Fish leader for High School is a 16.5 inch fish while for the Juniors we have a tie with two 14.5 inch fish. Also several entries vying for the other prize winning categories. Club members had a great day on Saturday, March 23rd working with Will and other members of the Columbus Bassmasters to make new plastic baits out of old used plastic baits. This is an awesome hands-on activity for the kids and a great way to recycle old baits and catch more fish on used plastic baits. The new baits came out looking great. Next Sunday, at our Club Meeting, Tyler Berger creator of the Bass Fishing HQ YouTube channel will be speaking to the club. Should be a great session if you are able to attend. The Ohio Fishers of Men High School Bass Fishing Trail Dates and Locations were released. These tournaments are not official club tournaments but each club member will have the necessary memberships to register and participate.
