The Hartley’s Hawgs competed in the 2022 Ohio Bass Nation State Championship. This was a two day tournament for both High School and Junior teams held 4/30/22 and 5/1/22 on Rocky Fork Lake. The Duo of Archer and Hayden took home the win in the Junior Division! The Team of Jake and Drew were 2nd in the High School Division. Both teams earned a spot in the 2022 BASS National Championship. Great Job to those two teams and to all the Hartley’s Hawgs that competed in this event. Thanks to all the volunteer boat captains and to Ohio Bass Nation for putting on this event.
Day one of the event was a cool and rainy spring day but several good bags of fish were brought to the scales. Below are some pictures from the first day of the event (click on image for a larger view):
Day two of the event brought some thunderstorms early in the morning with clearing skies and increasing winds throughout the day. Again some really nice fish were brought to the scales. Check out some pictures below (click on image for a larger view):
