The 2024 Hoover Fishing Seminar was held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 and was another successful event. We could not do this without the support of our Speakers and our Youth and Adult Volunteers. Thanks to all the attendees and volunteers that helped make this a great event in support of youth fishing in Central Ohio!
This year we tried some new things including the inaugural edition of the Kayak Academy with a full slate of classes geared toward attendees interested in Kayak Fishing Topics. Additionally, we setup the raffle this year to allow our guest to put their raffle tickets toward the prizes in which they were most interested in. We’d also like to thank all of our Raffle Item Contributors including:
- Boat Things (Donating grand prize trolling motor)
- National Fishing Expo – Columbus
- Pure Fishing
- and many others
We also brought in some food trucks this year to provide food for all our attendees.
