The club will be holding another meeting this coming Sunday, January 31, 2021 @ 1:00 PM. The meeting again will be held virtually using Google Meet. Guest Speaker is Jeremy Reese. We are also working on upcoming meetings with Guest Speakers to include Charlie Hartley, Jami Norman, and we are also working to schedule Bass Pro Tour and MLF Pro Angler Jacob Wheeler to speak to the club. A few announcements to share with everyone: We are working on organizing a pond tournament on Sunday, November 8, 2020. Look for an email from club advisors with more information. After having some discussions with the Hoover Fishing Seminar Team and checking with Westerville Schools we are not going to be able to hold an in-person HFS this winter as we have been doing for many years as our primary fundraiser. I apologize that this post is a bit tardy. The Hartley’s Hawgs had members competing in tournaments over the weekend of September 12-13, 2020 with two different organizations. OBF has decided to cancel the July 25/26 Jr and HS State championships for this year. Instead they are planning to hold a Youth Open Tournament on Alum Creek Lake on July 25, 2020. Club Advisors will be reviewing the entry information and reaching out to the club in the coming weeks to discuss this tournament.
